Pircas Negras Shiraz
displays an intense ruby colour with purple hints. It is loaded with a complex bouquet of spices and floral violet aromas complemented by background hints of raspberries and blackberries.

The new French oak barrels provide vanilla and chocolate flavours. The components continue to the palate where they are complemented by sweet, mild tannins.

Varietal: 100% Shiraz of certified organic production.

Yield per ha: 13,000 - 16,000 kgs

Production method:

- Harvest

- Removal of stems

- Fermentation with selected yeasts at a temperature between 22 and 25ºC

- Draining and pressing, determined by sensorial evaluation (between 6/8 days)

- A part goes to new French oak barrels

- Malolactic fermentation

- Cold stabilisation (-4ºC 72 hrs)

- Filtering

- Aseptic bottling
