This is a ruby to cherry-red in colour wine with darker hints and aroma of prunes.  
                               On the palate is dry with acidity balanced by subtle tannins an continued hints of ripe fruit and prunes. The grapes were manually harvested at optimum maturity and the stalks were removed before pressing.  
                               Alcoholic fermentation: 10 days at 25-26ºC  
                               Maceration: 10 days post-fermentation  
                               Malolactic fermentation: spontaneous  
                               Temperature recommended: 18-20ºC
