The wines at Castello di Arcano are made according EEC Reg 2092/91 and certified by IMC (Istituto Mediaterraneo di Certificazione)

This wine exhibits a full, fragant, and slightly herbaceous aroma, reminiscent of black cherry, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry.

When aged, its bouquet is enhanced with hints of spices.

Dry, structured and savoury flavour.

This wine goes well with white and read meat dishes, roasts and medium mature cheeses - Serving temperature: 18-20ºC
