The wines at Castello di Arcano are made according EEC Reg 2092/91 and certified by IMC (Istituto Mediaterraneo di Certificazione)

Castello di Arcano Pinot Gris is a white wine with a straw-yellow colour, which may sometimes be intense.
It displays a typical bouquet reminiscent of acacia flowers. Also a dry, full and pleasantly bitterish flavour.
This wine is suitable to accompany ham, fresh cheese, first courses with red sauces and white meat.

Served at a temperature of 10-12ºC
