The winery Michele Bettili was among the first who choose to use the techniques of organic vine-growing and for years they have been working to improve the quality of their production, in order to guarantee a wholesome and natural product.

Organic cultivation excludes the use of synthetic antiparasitics, herbicidals and fertilizers. Thanks to this specific process, the wine remains free of treatment residues.

The vineyards of Michele Bettili are situated in the “commune” of Soave, Colognola ai Colli, Merlara and Bonaldo, all of them on soil of volcanic origins.

Some of Italy's best Chardonnay is made here, both in the popular fresh, young style and with the oak-aged complexity achieved by the wineries established in the Veneto Region.

Bettili Chardonnay: the fruit for this wine was harvested by hand and pressed as whole bunches to retain every nuance of flavour. The result is a delicate wine with reach peach and rock melon fruit flavours, a creamy mouthfeel, and a superbly refreshing finish.
