"BETTILI" SOAVE
PRODUCER: CANTINE PEROBELLI
DOC VENETO

AVAILABLE IN BOTTLES OF
750cc - 1.5 Lt

Soave ushered Italian white wine into the modern era, casting the stereotype of light, fresh, fruity, consistent, and affordable. With production of more than 50 million litres a year remains Italy’s third most voluminous classified wine.

Grape varieties used to produced Bettili Soave are Garganega and in lesser amounts Trebbiano di Soave from the foothills in the Province of Verona, which are within the DOC zone.

The vineyards of Michele Bettili are situated in the “commune” of Soave, Colognola ai Colli, Merlara and Bonaldo, on soil of volcanic origins. Due to its techniques of organic vine-growing, synthetic antiparasitics, herbicidal and fertilizers are excluded.

Bettili Soave is a straw-yellow wine with pale greenish highlights.

Its bouquet is fresh, delicate and fruity. On the palate it is dry, elegant and well-balanced with a soft almondy finish.

Serving suggestions: antipasti, light rice and pasta dishes, white meats and all fish-based dishes. Ideal serving temperature: 10-12C
