Viñedos y Bodegas Muñoz continues a family tradition going back three generations.

Concious of the great importance of their vineyards for obtaining wines with a quality and style of their own, the Muñoz family has a 30 hs plantation of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo, and 6 ha of Chardonnay.

The particular clima of this vineyard and its excellent soil, guarantee perfectly ripened grapes which are used to make wines that have won the acclaim of gourmets and competition judges alike.

The winery covers an area of 8,000m2 and is equipped with the most advanced installations for pressing, fermentation, storage and ageing wines. Those wines considered to be of superior quality are allocated for producing reserve wines, are aged in underground caves dating from the 19th century that provide a natural and ideal atmosphere for the ageing process .

Legado Muñoz Cabernet Sauvignon displays a well-covered cherry-red colour.

Intense aroma with ripe black fruit and spicy touches. In the mouth is smooth and meaty, with well-polished tannins. Serving temperature: 15-17º

Recommended for red meats, roast lamb, legumes and highly-cured cheeses
