Serenel Rosato is a semi-sparkling rose wine made to be enjoyed as an aperitif, to accompany antipasti, fish-based dishes and delicately seasoned pasta and rice dishes.
Ideal serving temperature is 10-12C
The wine shows a deep pink in hue with cherry-coloured highlights.
It has a fruity and delicately vinous bouquet.
On the palate is dry, well balanced and flavourful, with an attractive finish.
