“VIÑA CARRAVALSECA” RESERVE

Housed in a beautiful 14th century building in the village of Laguardia, Primicia is run by Familia Madrid. Its Carravalseca Reserva 2001 is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Rioja Alavesa.

After fermentation, this wine was aged in American oak barrels, in deep cellars, in order to fully develop its great character. It shows cherry-red colour with brick-red tones, remarkable oak matured qualities, warm, intense aroma with fruit notes.

Ideal matches: roasts, red meats in general, game and semi-matured cheeses. Temperature of service: approx 18C
