Distillation method: distilled in a steam current within a non-stop alembic.
The procedure foresees a first dealcoholisation and the following modification of the phlegma obtained.

Alcoholic content: 40

Visual apprearance: crystalline in transparency and colour

Olfatory notes: intense scent marked by taste of apple

Gustatory notes: harmonic and balanced

After-olfatory notes: persistent in elegant shades of balanced harmony

Serving temperature: 10-12C

Suggested glass: small crystal tulip
