                 “CHATEAU LE COUDRAIE”
Bordeaux is the largest source of quality wines in the world.
Its flat countryside is attractive, if not spectacular. However, without the lush vineyards and the illustrious names of the great chateaus, there would be little to thrill the traveller.
Sandwiched between the regions of Cognac and Armagnac, Bordeaux is the largest departement in France and the wine it produces generates more revenue than any other region.
Blanc Sec / Appellation Bordeaux Controlee
Producer: Vignobles Jolivet prorpietaire a Soussac (60 Ha)
                  60% Sauvignon, 20% Semillon, 20% Muscadelle (20 years)
                  Soil: clay and gravel
Traditional vinification with low-temperature fermentations and upbringing on fine lees.
Typical of the appellation, this white wine is fruity and perfectly balanced thanks to its adequate acidity. It is good for drinking as an aperitif, with seafood and fish.
