“BUENAS ONDAS” SYRAH / SHIRAZ

For more than ten years Fabril Alto Verde Winery and Vineyards offers fine wines elaborated exclusively with grapes from its own vineyards, certified 100% organic. They are located in the district of Pocito, San Juan.
The winery was designed for the elaboration of fine wines with important avant-garde equipment, organic enological techniques, and the assistance of professional experts.
FAV is a stock company of family origin which dedicates its efforts to the diversification and application of technology to the viticultural activity, based on the concept that traditional procedures for wine making preserve both the environment and health.
This grape variety really sits astride both the Old and New World, with its roots firmly entrenched  in the Rhone Valley -France- particularly in the Hermitage area as well as in Australia, South Africa and New Zealand.
The Shiraz made in Argentina shows great depth and marvellous flavour. These are robust wines, big,full-blooded reds of a type not seen elsewhere else very often.
Buenas Ondas Syrah is a real crowd-pleaser with a seductively soft and silken texture together with flavours that resemble wild berries and cassis.
This wine also exhibits suppleness, impeccable balance, and good potential for development in the medium term.
