“TRIVENTO” CABERNET MERLOT

Trivento takes its name from the three winds: Polar, Zonda and Sudestada that breeze through the Mendoza terrain and shape development in our vineyards.
Trivento, founded in Mendoza in 1996, has two modern wineries with state-of-the-art crushing and pressing equipment. Its 28 million-litre winemaking and ageing capacity comprises 10 million litre in stainless steel tanks, and a temperature and humidity-controlled cellar containing 1,800 French + American oak barrels for the ageing of premium wines.
Young, fruity and agreeable. Each grape-type is made into wine individually, and then blended seeking harmony in the wine’s colours, aromas and flavours. Easy to drink and understand, they go remarkably well with a wide range of food.
Colour: deep blueish claret.
Aroma: pleasant mix of aromatic herbs, pepper and blackberries.
Structure: strong personality with sweet tannins.
Our suggestion: red meats with spicy sauces. 16C-18C
