“TRIVENTO” PINOT NOIR

Trivento takes its name from the three winds: Polar, Zonda and Sudestada that breeze through the Mendoza terrain and shape development in our vineyards.
Trivento, founded in Mendoza in 1996, has two modern wineries with state-of-the-art crushing and pressing equipment. Its 28 million-litre winemaking and ageing capacity comprises 10 million litre in stainless steel tanks, and a temperature and humidity-controlled cellar containing 1,800 French + American oak barrels for the ageing of premium wines.
Trivento Pinot Noir comes from a limestone soil.
The area of production is 133 hectares at 1,086 m above sea level with a maximum yield of 65 hl/ha
The nose offers some rich and refined aromas of red fruits and vegetals. It is supple and round in mouth, with light tanins, it develops a beautiful harmony.
Could be aged for a period of about 5 years.
Temperature of service: 14°C when young - 16°C after 5 to 10 years.
Ideal matches: grilled or broiled red meats, roasts, mild game, soft cheeses (brie, camembert).
