“TRIVENTO” SYRAH / SHIRAZ

Trivento takes its name from the three winds: Polar, Zonda and Sudestada that breeze through the Mendoza terrain and shape development in our vineyards.
Trivento, founded in Mendoza in 1996, has two modern wineries with state-of-the-art crushing and pressing equipment. Its 28 million-litre winemaking and ageing capacity comprises 10 million litre in stainless steel tanks, and a temperature and humidity-controlled cellar containing 1,800 French + American oak barrels for the ageing of premium wines.
From mature grapes and using rigorous vinification techniques, this red is exploding with varietal expression. Deep fruity aromas issue from spontaneous feelings of pleasure on the palate, which extend into a memorably long finish.
Colour: ruby red tinged with violet
Aroma: pepper and blackberry combine with notes of dried figs
Structure: nice palate with velvety finish
