“TRIVENTO” SPARKLING BRUT NATURE
Trivento takes its name from the three winds: Polar, Zonda and Sudestada that breeze through the Mendoza terrain and shape development in our vineyards.
Trivento, founded in Mendoza in 1996, has two modern wineries with state-of-the-art crushing and pressing equipment. Its 28 million-litre winemaking and ageing capacity comprises 10 million litre in stainless steel tanks, and a temperature and humidity-controlled cellar containing 1,800 French + American oak barrels for the ageing of premium wines.
Winemakers: Federico Galdeano and Fernando Piottante
Grape varieties: 50% Pinot Noir; 50% Chardonnay
Vinification: grapes were destemmed and 100% crushed. 25 days of alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at 16C
Prise de Mousse: second fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Lees contact for 75 days.
Pre-bottling operations: Filtration with membranes
Colour: slight cherry tone. Good release of bubbles and a persistent crown. Aromas: dried peaches, toast and yeast notes.
Palate: creamy, structured and sweet entry. Good acidity balance.
Alcohol content: 13.10% Vol (20º C)
Residual Sugar: 6.27 g/l
Total Acidity: 6.10 g/l tartaric acid
