The low yield per hectare ( 95-100 quintals grape, 60-65% wine) brings a better quality of both wines.

Winemaking: "In rosso": the must stays in contact with skins for about 15 days. Then, after the fermentation, it is placed in special tanks for further 10 days at 28-30° C.
Tasting notes: Bright ruby red colour tending towards violet. Soft smell of talc, slightly herbaceous.
Ageing: Pinot Nero and Cabernet Sauvignon mature separately in Slavonian oak barrels for about 16 months. They are finally bottled together and the wine refines for 12 months in the bottle.
Before the wine sale, it is tasted from a board of experts.
Food combination: It matches with roast, red meat and game.
