The Yllera Family, now in its 6th generation of vine growers and wine makers, owns a group of wineries located in Rueda, Ribera del Duero, Toro, Castilla-Leon and also in South America.

Cepage: 100% Tempranillo.
Oak ageing: 4-6 months.
Bottle ageing: 6 months
Age of vineyard: 15-20 Years

Tasting notes: dark cherry-red colour with purple glints.
Fragant on the nose with an array of fruity, spicy aromas mingling with pleasant touches of vanilla and roasted coffee, coming from its time in barrel. Attractive, fresh, youthful fruit flavours on the palate.
Good structure and a lingering finish. Delicious, soft and easy to drink.

Food pairing: It goes well with red or white meat dishes, pasta dishes, vegetables, barbecues, charcuterie and semi-cured cheeses.
