The Yllera Family, now in its 6th generation of vine growers and wine makers, owns a group of wineries located in Rueda, Ribera del Duero, Toro, Castilla-Leon and also in South America.
Cepage: 90% Moscatel 5% Sauvignon Blanc 5% Verdejo
Age of vineyard: 15-20 Years
Maceration: 8 hours in cold
Tasting notes: straw yellor colour. Complex aromas of fruit such as maracuya, pineapple, flowers (rose petals, jasmine), hay, together with mineral and sweet notes. Powerful on the palate, soft and velvety texture. A long and persistent finish.
Food pairing: perfect as an aperitif and as an accompaniment for goose/duck foie and cured cheeses. It goes perfectly with deserts such as ice-cream, puff pastry tarts and turron.
