The Yllera Family, now in its 6th generation of vine growers and wine makers, owns a group of wineries located in Rueda, Ribera del Duero, Toro, Castilla-Leon and also in South America.

Cepage: 100% Tempranillo.
Bottle ageing: 3 months minimum
Age of vineyard: 15-20 Years

Tasting notes: attractive, brilliant, dark cherry-red colour with bright purple glints. Intense aromas of red berry fruit on the nose (raspberries, redcurrants together with bilberries, black plums and blackberries) with exotic fresh notes of violets coming through.
Attractive fresh, youthful fruit flavour on the palate. Good structure and a long finish.

Food pairing: perfect with red and white meats dishes, pasta, vegetables, salads, barbecues, charcuterie and cured or semi-cured cheeses.
